Mindfulness has become one of the “buzzwords” of the decade. You can learn about mindful living and working in articles, books and blogs or develop a mindfulness practice through a plethora of apps. The benefits of practicing mindfulness and meditation are well-documented – however in the end it all comes down to actually DOING it on a continuous basis. How do you get there?
Rita Wuebbeler who is an Atlanta-based leadership and mindfulness coach and a Nomadic IBP network partner has conducted mindfulness programs virtually and in person for the past four years. In this session, Rita will share her experience and expertise in building a sustainable mindfulness practice. Come prepared to pause your busy life for a little while and get still.
