The pandemic has affected many areas of our lives, bringing many changes. Some were positive and appreciated. Others are a bit tougher to handle. Statistics and our experience show that in many cases it has been quite difficult for people to adjust to home working. On one side it is because the boundaries between personal and professional lives have become blurred. And also, and maybe more painful, because people were not used to bond at a distance. The result is that clients tell us that team members feel isolated, that they miss the social interactions they had casually in the office. Is that linked to the numbers concerning increasing burn out and depression rates? Is it just fatigue? What can we do about it?
