Why psychometric assessment?

Since most Nomadic facilitators and coaches have a strong background in psychology, we are professionals when it comes to using and interpreting a wide range of assessment instruments.

Many of our interventions, whether it is executive coaching or a virtual team training programme, start with a thorough needs assessment phase. During this phase we include individual or team assessment tools to determine the important personal or team development points.
