What does this look like in practice?  Nomadic executive coaching is likely to include a 5-stage process.

  • Defining the customer’s needs at first contact
  • Proposing a coach who ‘fits’ the client in at least three key areas: language, culture, industry experience
  • Designing a package of tools to generate new perspectives, explore options and develop practical action points – such as 360 degree feedback, psychometric and cross-cultural assessment instruments.
  • Delivering a series of (at minimum) 4 coaching sessions, either face to face, or by phone.
  • Exploring and evaluating results in a final session.
